“Inspired by the old one-man-band format born on the shores of the Mississippi Delta.”
This is how The Legendary Tigerman press release begins. And so it has been for the last 20 years. The first sentence has always been the motto, the foundation of everything, almost like a mantra that would echo in every Paulo Furtado song. But the tiger man wore many furs, climbed the ground on seven continents, embraced each of us, whether in the smallest room in Japan or the largest festival in Europe.
Tigerman has made many formations, many formats to deliver rock ‘n’ roll as only he knows … in unreasonable doses of turbulence and agitation, just as it has to be. Twenty years after the solo debut, The Legendary Tigerman returns to the stage again alone, accompanied only by his guitar, a drum kit and a kazoo.
There will be 11 cities, 11 celebrations of the purest rock n ‘roll and blues.
Unique and unrepeatable.
Unique and appetizing.
“I wanted to start a project that was legendary right away, as a provocation,” said The Legendary Tigerman, haughty and shrewd.
For then let the provocations be celebrated in the time of the politically correct.
Celebrate love of causes.
Celebrate the legendary Rock n ‘Roll … every night, in every city, as if it were the last time.
